Concerts & Events
How can I get a Swallow Hill Musician to perform
at my wedding/party/event?
Check our Performers On Call
page, which lists local artists who are available to play at a variety
of events. You are also welcome to post a notice on our bulletin board
outside the Café. (Unfortunately, Swallow Hill does not have
the staff time to help the public book artists for events.) Since
many Swallow Hill musicians make their living at least partially as
performers, they are not usually available to perform for free or
for exposure. However, you may be able to find students
who are willing to play for little compensation.
Who
do I contact if I would like to be a performing artist at Swallow
Hill?
Send a one-sheet/press kit with CD to Joanna Springer,
Concert
Director at 71 East Yale Avenue, Denver, CO 80210. You can also
email EPKs and links to your website and social networking sites to her at
joanna@swallowhillmusic.org
.
We highly recommend you review our booking procedures
before submitting your information by reviewing the PDF
here.
Where can I find more detailed information
about the artists in the Concert Series?
Information can be found on the
concert
schedules or in the concert close-up book located at the front
desk at Swallow Hill.
