| Look at many different styles of swing including Jazz, Western Swing, Jazz- |
| grass, and Gypsy swing. Focus on both lead and rhythm guitar. Learn a |
| number of new chord shapes, scales, and improv strategies that can help |
| novice soloists as well as seasoned improvisers. Understand the different |
| ways to swing the beat and how to vary the amount of swing in the beat. |
| Studty major players like Wes Montgomery, Django Rheinhardt, and Eldon |
| Shamblin. Barre chord knowledge required. |
