| principles common to all styles of music, including both spontaneous |
| harmonies and working with prearranged parts using a variety of musical |
| styles. Open to any student who can hold a melody. Students are |
| encouraged to take this class multiple times to work up to the more |
| challenging parts and harmonies. |
