GROUP CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
No refunds are issued unless Swallow Hill
cancels or re-schedules a class. If you drop a class before the
1st class begins you will receive full school credit (good
towards another class, private lessons or concert tickets). If
you phone (303-777-1003 x2) or stop by the front desk to drop
before your 3rd class begins, a partial prorated school credit
can be given. If your class has met 3 times, no school credit is
available.
If we cancel a class due to low
enrollment or other reasons, we will arrange for a refund or
credit.
