FACILITIES RENTALS

Swallow Hill offers two wonderful concert halls and an informal meeting room for your event or meeting. In addition to Swallow Hill’s venues, the box office can be rented out as well — sell tickets through Swallow Hill, using our staff, credit card capabilities and infrastructure.

The prices below correspond to a 5-hour rental.

(*) The Hall Monitor requirement ensures that there is a Swallow Hill staff member on-site at all times during your event, to help with any questions or concerns you might have the day of your event.

Please Note: Prices are subject to change and circumstances. Swallow Hill reserves the right to accept or decline any rental previous to a contractual agreement. Swallow Hill assumes no role or responsibility for the marketing of outside venue or ticket sales services. All tenants assume the sole responsibility for marketing their events utilizing their own resources and advertising.
